PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable toilet and dirt disposal instrument capable of being simple and easily carried and getting dirt disposed of sanitarily without keeping a hand or disposal instrument in touch with the same.SOLUTION: The portable dirt disposal instrument includes: a body 1 shaped into a frame made of a hard and lightweight member, where most of the center part is made into a caving part c legs 2 and a body fixing tool (a) and leg fixing tools b for fixing them. The portable toilet is attached with the inner side of a plastic bag having cut portions on both side surfaces and the plastic bag sinks by the weight of the dropped dirt. After the use of the toilet, the body 1 of the instrument is folded and the plastic bag is reversed.
