CONSTITUTION: An artificial sea cucumber producing apparatus comprises the following: a first hopper(111) for storing a konjac composition； a second hopper(121) for storing a pigment composition； and a konjac composition molder(131) and a pigment composition molder(133) integrated with each other to obtain materials from the first and second hoppers using first and second discharge motors(113, 123) and first and second extrusion hoses(115, 125). The konjac composition contains konjac(devil`s-tongue jelly), starch, and soybean powder.
