PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ear plug capable of reducing discomfort caused by long-term wearing, while keeping excellent noise insulation performance and preventing breakage caused by elastic deformation.SOLUTION: A cannonball-shaped ear plug 1 comprises: an ear plug body 11 made from elastic foam plastic material and three grooves 12, 13, and 14 provided spirally in the outer peripheral surface of the ear plug body 11.
