The composition of claim 1, wherein the 15-keto prostaglandin is a compound of formula (I):! ! where L, M and N are hydrogen, hydroxyl, halogen, lower alkyl, lower hydroxyalkyl, lower alkanoyloxy or oxo, wherein at least one of L and M is a group other than hydrogen, and the five-membered ring may contain at least one double bond； ! A represents the groups —CH3, CH2OH, —COCH2OH, —COOH, or their functional derivatives； ! B represents the groups —CH2 — CH2—, —CH = CH— or —C≡C—； !
