PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent underpants which prevents leakage from an absorbent body including divided outerwrap materials, and prevents the absorbent body from hindering walking motion of a person who wears the absorbent underpants.SOLUTION: The diaper 1A comprises abdominal-side and back-side sheet members 2A and 2B, the absorbent body 3 which is stretched between and fixed to the abdominal-side and back-side sheet members 2A and 2B, and three-dimensional gathers 4 which are disposed on both sides 3c and 3c of the absorbent body 3, respectively. The absorbent body 3 is provided with a vertically long absorber 33. The absorber 33 is provided with a pair of non-fiber-stacked portions 34 and 34 which are elongated along both side edges 33c and 33c thereof.
