CONSTITUTION: A medical container comprises the following: a container(110) including a combining unit on the upper side, and having the content storing function； a spuit pipe(210)； an inner cap(220) including a through-hole on the center, combined with the upper end of the spuit pipe and a combining unit； a spuit piston(230) including a pressing pin on the lower end, inserted into the spuit pipe； and a button(240) installed on the upper end of the spuit piston.본 발명은 정량인출 및 토출이 가능한 스포이드를 구비하는 의약품 용기에 관한 것으로, 내용물을 수납하는 기능을 가지며 상부에는 결합부(120)가 형성되어 있는 용기(110)와, 스포이드 파이프(210)와, 상기 스포이드 파이프(210)의 상부 말단에 결합되며, 중앙에 통공(221)이 형성되어 있으며 상기 결합부(120)에 탈착 가능하게 결합되는 이너캡(inner cap)(220)과, 하부 말단에 눌림핀(231)이 형성되어 있으며 상기 스포이드 파이프(210)의 내부에 삽입되어 상기 통공(221)을 통과하는 스포이드 피스톤(230)과, 상기 스포이드 피스톤(230)의 상부 말단에 결합되어 설치되는 버튼(240)을 포함하여 구성되는 정량인출 및 토출이 가능한 스포이드(200)를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 정량인출 및 토출이 가능한 스포이드(200)를 구비하는 의약품 용기(100)에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 의하는 경우, 별도의 복잡한 조작 없이 대단히 단순하고 저렴한 구조로 의약품 등 액체 상태의 내용물을 언제나 정확하게 일정량만 흡입하여 옮겨 사용하는 것이 가능하다는 장점이 있다.또한, 스포이드 파이프 외부에 묻어 있는 내용물은 스포이드를 꺼내는 과정에서 와이퍼에 의해 다시 용기로 회수되므로, 더욱 경제적으로 내용물을 이용하는 것이 가능한 것은 물론, 스포이드 파이프 외부에 묻어 있는 내용물에 의한 오염의 염려 없이 사용이 가능하다는 장점이 있다.
