SOLUTION: The agent for removing harmful substances constituted of a support consisting of first fibers having a diameter of smaller than 1 &mum and second fibers having a diameter of not smaller than 1 &mum is characterized in that the ratio of the first fibers and the second fibers changes in the direction of the thickness of the film of the support.
