Provided herein is a multi-purpose non-contact applicator with a reservoir. The applicator includes at least one reservoir, a first film, at least one second film contained entirely within the reservoir, and a pad. The housing defines an inner volume of the at least one reservoir, the housing has an opening at a proximal end of the at least one reservoir, and a boundary of the opening defines an outer periphery of the reservoir. Further, the first film is fixedly attached to the outer circumference of the housing, the first film having at least one frangible hole in the outer circumference of the reservoir. Moreover, the at least one second film divides the interior volume of the reservoir and creates a plurality of discrete volumes within the interior volume of the reservoir.
