The present invention provides an apparatus for adding a flavoring agent comprising: a housing consisting of a first and a second housing which are combined with a flange structure and the respective upper and lower parts are opened； a conical distributor formed in the inner center to be separated from the inner circumference surface at a certain intervals； a rotation axis which is built in a bearing fixed by a number of supporters formed on the inner circumference surface of the second housing and in which a driven pulley is in the upper side and a flange is in the lower side, and a hollow part is formed on the inside； a rotor combined with the bottom of the rotation axis by flange coupling and composed of a first and a second net which are cylindrical and separated at a certain intervals； a driving motor in which a driving pulley and the driven pulley are connected by a rubber belt through a hole in the first housing and which is fixed on the outer circumference surface of the second housing； a separator which of the lower side is built in the bearing fixed by a number of supporters formed on the bottom of the second housing and the upper side is inserted and fixed to the first net； and an injection nozzle to supply a liquid or a spray type flavoring agent to the hollow part of the rotation axis.
