PURPOSE: A bacteria-derived peptide derivative is provided to be used as a insecticide and to improve insecticidal activity. CONSTITUTION: An insecticide contains AY of chemical formula 1 as an active ingredient. An insect immodepressant suppresses biosynthesis of eicosanoid. An insecticide contains FGV of chemical formula 2 as an active ingredient. An insecticide contains the AY of chemical formula 1 or FGV of chemical formula 2 as an active ingredient to improve insecticidal activity of bismaleimide triazine(Bt).곤충병원세균인 제노랍두스 네마토필라(Xenorhabdus nematophila)는 기주 곤충의 아이코사노이드 생합성을 억제하여 면역저하를 유도한다. 본 발명에서는 이 세균으로부터 유래된 PLA2 억제물질의 공통적 화학구조를 찾아 중요성을 확인하고, 구조 변경을 통해 보다 효과가 높은 유도체를 만든다. 본 발명에서는 이러한 유도체 가운데 '에이와이(AY)'와 '에프지비(FGV)'의 두 물질이 현격하게 높은 아이코사노이드 생합성 억제 효과와 비티(Bt) 살충력 제고 효과가 있음을 밝히고 이를 유효성분으로 하는 살충제를 제공한다. 또한 본 발명에서는 이들 두 물질을 이용한 살충방법 및 기존 생물농약의 살충력을 증가시키는 방법을 제공한다.
