PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a nonaqueous hair cosmetic of a type of not being washed away, which has an excellent spread to and compatibility with the damaged hair, the wet hair after shampooing hair and the dry hair in application to the hair, does not provide the hair and the hands with greasiness and provides the hair with extremely excellent finger-passing properties, setting properties, gloss and moist feeling.
SOLUTION: The nonaqueous hair cosmetic of a type of not being washed away comprises (A) a dimethylpolysiloxane represented by general formula (1) (a is a number-average polymerization degree of 1,000-2,900), (B) an oil solution that is a hydrocarbon oil, an ester oil or an animal or vegetable oil and has a melting point of &ge30°C and (C) a volatile solvent.
