PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eye mask which is equipped with a mask main body and an ear engaging section being formed of a sheet on which an opening section is installed, enables the ear to easily be engaged with the opening section of the ear engaging section, and make the mask main body easy to fit on the face.SOLUTION: This eye mask is equipped with the laterally long mask main body 2 which covers both eyes, and a pair of ear engaging sections 3 which are installed in vicinities of the external end sections in the lateral (X) direction of the mask main body 2, and are engaged with the ears. The ear engaging section 3 is constituted in such a manner that the laterally long opening section 4 is installed on a base material sheet 31. The mask main body 2 and the ear engaging sections 3 are connected by an ear engaging section connecting section 11. For a pair of ear engaging section connecting sections 11, the internal end sections 11A in the lateral direction of the mask main body 2 become narrower downward in the vertical (Y) direction of the mask main body 2. The opening section 4 extends while tilting in the lateral direction of the mask main body 2, and an interval between the upper edge section 41 going in the extending direction and the lower edge section 42 gradually extends to the external end sections 44 in the extending direction.
