The present invention relates to dosage forms, in particular solid dosage forms providing a sustained release, such as an approximately zero order release, of an active pharmaceutical ingredient ("API"). Stable solutions for dosage forms may be made by heating a mixture of an API and a polymer above the melting point of the API rather than the melting point of the polymer. Thereby a polymer dispersed homogenously in the active substance may be obtained.La présente invention concerne des formes posologiques, en particulier des formes posologiques permettant une libération prolongée, par exemple une libération approximativement dordre zéro, dun principe actif (« API »). Des solutions stables pour formes posologiques peuvent être formées par chauffage dun mélange dun PI et dun polymère à une température supérieure au point de fusion du PI plutôt que supérieure au point de fusion du polymère. Un polymère dispersé de manière homogène dans la substance active peut ainsi être obtenu.
