L'invention vise à fournir un tel siège qui puisse être réglé d'une manière simple dans différentes positions, sans nécessiter pour cela une dépense importante d'énergie. A cet effet, selon l'invention, l'élément structurel (6) est relié, à rotation autour d'un axe de rotation vertical (9), à un support au sol (8) pouvant reposer sur le plan de pose du siège.
