PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bone density measurement device in which, when installing the bone density measurement device, an inclined measurement groove is generated without using a special leg body whose mount surface is inclined.SOLUTION: A housing 16 is formed of a lower part, an upper part and an intermediate part. A near side part of the lower part forms a lower side hollow structure storing an X-ray generator 126, a near side part of the upper part forms an upper side hollow structure storing an X-ray detector 134. Between them, an inclined measurement groove 18 into which a forearm is inserted, is formed. Thickness of the lower side hollow structure in a vertical direction is gradually decreased from the near side to a depth side.
