The invention relates to a composition for the treatment or the prevention of dyslipidemias. According to the invention, the composition is a combination between a substance of the red rice extract type which decreases the synthesis of the endogenous cholesterol, a substance which decreases the cholesterol absorption selected from sitosterol and sitostanol, a substance of the taurine type which contributes to the cholesterol degradation and a substance with effect of increasing HDL cholesterol, selected from niacin, canithine or resveratrol.Invenţia se referă la o compoziţie pentru tratamentul sau prevenirea dislipidemiilor. Compoziţia conform invenţiei este o asociere dintre o substanţă care scade sinteza colesterolului endogen de tip extract de orez roşu, o substanţă care scade absorbţia colesterolului, aleasă dintre sitosterol şi sitostanol, o substanţă care contribuie la degradarea colesterolului, de tip taurină, şi o substanţă cu efect de creştere HDL colesterol, aleasă dintre niacină, canitină sau resveratrol.
