CONSTITUTION: A knee brace equipped with a rotator hinge member comprises: an upper rod(10) worn on the femoral region of a wearer； a lower rod(20) worn on the shinbone part of the wearer； and a pivot unit(30) guiding the pivot of the lower rod and upper rod. The pivot unit is equipped with a hinge member connecting the upper rod to the lower rod in order to pivot the lower rod and upper rod.본 발명의 일 실시예에 의하면, 무릎 보조기는 착용자의 대퇴부에 착용하는 상부로드； 상기 착용자의 경골부에 착용하는 하부로드； 그리고 상기 상부로드의 하단부 및 상기 하부로드의 상단부를 연결하며, 상기 상부로드 및 상기 하부로드의 회동을 안내하는 회동유닛을 포함하되, 상기 회동유닛은 상기 상부로드의 하단부가 상부측에 회동가능하도록 연결되고 상기 하부로드의 상단부가 하부측에 회동가능하도록 연결되는 힌지부재를 구비하며, 상기 힌지부재의 상부측이 일방을 향하여 이동할 때 상기 힌지부재의 하부측은 타방을 향해 이동한다.
