PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition containing atorvastatin or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt as an active ingredient, in which bitterness and the defect of elution are simultaneously prevented, and an orally disintegrating tablet using the same.SOLUTION: A pharmaceutical composition contains atorvastatin or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt, an alkaline agent and a gastrosoluble polymer.
