PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cancer treatment method that is more effective than and replaces the conventional antibody therapy in order to treat cancer or prevent cancer relapse or metastasis.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a method that exhibits a synergistic effect in cancer treatment by combination use of an anti-epiregulin antibody with an anti-EGFR antibody, as compared to the conventional treatment with the anti-EGFR antibody alone.
