Several wet curtains (14) and air outlets are provided on the side walls (2), and air outlet grooves (19) are uniformly provided on the inner walls (18). An underground air outlet compartment (25) is provided below the floor (27), an air outlet pipe (28) and a fan (26) are provided on a side of the underground air outlet compartment (25), and an air outlet is provided on the upper end of the air outlet pipe (28).
