The present invention relates to a chair which forms a space on a center portion of a sitting seat of a chair, and supplies hot air or cold air to the space to effectively ventilate a buttock portion to prevent or alleviate diseases such as hemorrhoids. According to the present invention, the chair comprises: a sitting unit； a backrest on a rear side of the sitting unit to support a back； an armrest on both sides of the sitting unit to rest arms； and legs to support the sitting unit from below. A center space with an opened upper portion is formed on a center portion of a seat of the sitting unit. A ventilation means is arranged on a lower surface of the sitting unit around the center space. The ventilation means has an annular internal space around the center space, in which air circulates. The chair further comprises: a circulation pipe having a plurality of through holes to supply air from the annular internal space to the center space； a fan motor to supply and circulate air into the circulation pipe by rotation of a fan； a heater arranged in the circulation pipe to heat air in the circulation pipe by electrical heat generation； and a switch unit to selectively turn on and off power supplied to the fan motor and the heater.본 발명은 의자의 착석 시트 중앙 부위에 공간을 형성하고 이 공간에 온풍 또는 냉풍을 공급하여 엉덩이 부위에 원활한 통풍이 되게 함으로써 치질 등의 질병을 예방하거나 개선할 수 있는 의자에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 의자는 착석부와, 상기 착석부 뒤쪽의 등을 받치게 되는 등받이와, 상기 착석부 양측의 팔을 걸치게 되는 팔걸이와, 상기 착석부를 하부에서 지지하는 다리로 이루어지는 의자에 있어서； 상기 착석부 시트의 중앙 부위에 상부가 개방되는 중앙 공간이 형성되고, 상기 중앙 공간 둘레의 착석부 저면으로 환풍수단을 구비하되, 상기 환풍수단은 중앙 공간의 둘레로 공기가 순환하는 환상의 내부 공간을 구비하며, 상기 환상의 내부 공간으로부터 상기 중앙 공간에 공기를 공급할 수 있도록 다수의 통공이 형성되는 순환관과, 팬의 회전에 의해 상기 순환관에 공기를 유입하면서 순환시키는 팬모터와, 상기 순환관 내부에 구비되어 전기적 발열에 의해 순환관 내부의 공기를 가열하는 히터와, 상기 팬모터와 히터의 전원공급을 선택적으로 온/오프하는 스위치부로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
