A multifunctional calendar comprises: a calendar body provided with a first storage space for accommodating a seed and a reminder page for indicating an appropriate date for germination of the seed in the first storage space. The first storage space is arranged corresponding to the reminder page. A storage space capable of accommodating a seed is arranged inside the calendar body of the multifunctional calendar, and a paper sheet or a frame forming the storage space can be made of a material capable of degrading quickly in the soil. When a date on a paper sheet or the entire calendar has expired, a portion thereof containing a seed can be embedded in a flower pot or a container containing soil. Once the portion forming the storage space has been degraded, the seed is in contact with the soil and germinates. The entire process is environmental friendly.
