The present disclosure relates to an antibody having an anti- angiogenesis activity. More specifically, the present disclosure relates to an antibody against ROB04 and a pharmaceutical composition containing the antibody. An object of the present disclosure is to provide an anti-ROB04 antibody having an anti-angiogenesis effect, a pharmaceutical composition or the like comprising the antibody, a method for suppressing angiogenesis using the antibody, etc. Another object of the present disclosure is to provide a method for producing the antibody.
