The present invention relates to a dental ceramic powder composition, which is obtained by mixing a dental ceramic material with a metal oxide added to determine the color of the dental ceramic material, followed by firing, quenching and pulverization, so that the metal oxide may be dispersed homogeneously. According to the present invention, the ingredients are adhered and integrated with each other and then pulverized. Thus, it is possible to disperse the metal oxide homogeneously in the powder composition and to obtain a homogeneous color. Particularly, firing is carried out at a temperature where a glass ingredient determining the transparency of a dental ceramic material is softened.
