The method comprises the following steps: providing at least one first component (112) of the analytical magazine (110), wherein the first component (112) comprises a plurality of receptacles (120), providing a plurality of analytical aids (134), wherein the analytical aids (134) are connected to one another and preferably oriented with respect to one another by at least one holding element (144), introducing the analytical aids (134) into the receptacles (120) and separating the analytical aids (134) from the holding element (144).
