The method comprises the following steps: - providing at least a first component (112) of the analytical magazine (110), wherein the first component (112) comprises a plurality of receptacles (120), - providing a plurality of analytical aids (134), wherein the analytical aids (134) are connected to one another, and preferably aligned in relation to one another, by at least one holding element (144), - introducing the analytical aids (134) into the receptacles (120)； and - separating the analytical aids (134) from the holding element (144).
