The anesthesia area is able to supply the peripheral with, halogenated anesthetic gases. The station further includes a system for aspirating the halogenated gases from the peripheral and at least one filter having a determined organohalogen concentration retention capacity. The filter is arranged in such a way as to be crossed by the halogenated anesthetic gases from the peripheral during operation of the aspiration system. The station also includes a system for the automatic determination in real-time of the organohalogen saturation rate of the filter.
