PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle control device capable of improving the accuracy in determination of the healthiness of a driver.SOLUTION: A vehicle control device 1 has an identification part 121 identifying a condition of a driver of a vehicle, an abnormal pattern acquisition part 122 associated with the driver and acquiring an abnormal pattern of the body of the driver, and a travel control part 123 stopping the vehicle when the condition of the driver shows a condition corresponding to the abnormal pattern acquired by the abnormal pattern acquisition part 122.
