PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a band for muscle stretching in which stretches can be done while other work is being done in a sitting state, and which can recover the balance of muscles without needing physical strength by straining an abdominal muscle side as a protagonistic muscle, and relaxing a back muscle side as an antagonistic muscle.SOLUTION: A band for muscle stretching 1 is formed by detachably connecting two ends of a belt body 2 which is formed extending in a longitudinal direction.
