PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a muscle stretch band capable of allowing a user to perform stretching while doing another work in a sitting state and to perform stretching without requiring physical strength while both of an abdominal muscle side and a back muscle side are in a stable state.SOLUTION: A space K is formed between the back 4a of a sitting person 4 and a backrest 3b being a support member concerning a muscle stretch band 1. Since the band is mounted in a state where a first joint part 6 of a pair of first belts 2a is brought into contact with a region close to the pit of the stomach 4b of the sitting person 4, the abdominal muscle side of the sitting person 4 can be stretched by using the first joint part 6 of the first belts 2a.
