PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a muscle enhancing tool which can enhance the muscle of a leg and an arm.SOLUTION: A muscle enhancing tool 100 includes: a steam generation part 51 using heat generation by the oxidation reaction of oxidizable metal a steam thermal instrument 50 which provides moisture on the skin and a mounting fixture 10 which can fix the steam thermal instrument 50 on the leg or the arm of a wearer. The mounting fixture 10 is nearly a rectangular form which has a width direction X and a longitudinal direction Y which is perpendicular to the width direction X and is longer than the width direction X, and is twisted around the leg or the arm, fixed, and used assuming the longitudinal direction Y to be a winding direction.
