PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor and a medical image diagnostic apparatus simplifying operation for adjusting display conditions.SOLUTION: An MRI apparatus 100 classifies pixels of a first image for each density value divided at predetermined intervals. The MRI apparatus 100 classifies pixels of a second image different in density distribution characteristics from the first image so that the pixels existing in the same spatial position as the pixels of the first image classified in the same group are classified in the same group, and classifies the pixel group of the second image classified in the same group, for every density value divided at the predetermined intervals. The MRI apparatus 100 then outputs a classified result.
