PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration isolating pedestal capable of absorbing vibration by softly corresponding to vibrations with complicated movement, by a simple structure.SOLUTION: A vibration isolating pedestal 11 comprises: a lower frame 13 fixed on a moving body； an upper frame 15 supported on the lower frame 13 through a vibration absorbing member 17； and at least four forward direction regulating wires 25 extending between a front part of the lower frame 13 and a front part of the upper frame 15. The forward direction regulating wire 25 is configured to be in a loosening state when tension is not acted.
