PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a stretchable sheet by which a stretchable sheet showing a preferable stretching property relative to a plurality of directions is produced continuously and efficiently by a simple apparatus.SOLUTION: The method includes the step of fixedly holding an elastic thread 7 fed by being wound around a pair of thread conveying longitudinal structures 12 and 13 separated in a direction orthogonal to a sheet feeding direction, between belt-shaped sheets 50 and 60.
