PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an oil-in-water type emulsion composition which is excellent in temporal and temperature stability and exhibits good use feeling.SOLUTION: Emulsification is carried out via a specific intermediate phase generated by mixing a surfactant capable of forming an Lα phase, a surfactant capable of forming H1 phase, and water. The intermediate phase preferably has an interfacial tension of 0.01 to 8 mN/m as a relative value to polyperfluoromethyl isopropyl ether. An oil-in-water type emulsion composition is produced by a production method including a step of sequentially adding an oil phase component and an aqueous phase component to the intermediate phase. It is also preferable that the combination of the first and second surfactants is used, in which the viscosity of the mixed aqueous solution of the first and the second surfactant is smaller than 1/2 of the total of the viscosities of the respective aqueous solutions of the first or second surfactant having the same concentration as the total concentration of the surfactant of the mixed aqueous solution.SELECTED DRAWING: NoneCOPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】経時及び温度安定性に優れ、かつ良好な使用感を発揮する水中油型乳化組成物の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】Lα相を形成し得る界面活性剤と、H1相を形成し得る界面活性剤と、水との混合により生成される特定の中間相を経由して乳化を行う。前記中間相は、好ましくはポリパーフルオロメチルイソプロピルエーテルに対する相対値として0.01~8mN/mである界面張力を有する。前記中間相に油相成分及び水相成分を順に加える工程を含む製造方法により、水中油型乳化組成物を製造する。また好ましくは、第一及び第二の界面活性剤の混合水溶液の粘度が、前記混合水溶液の界面活性剤の総濃度と同濃度の第一又は第二の界面活性剤の各水溶液の粘度の合計の1/2より小さくなる、第一及び第二の界面活性剤の組み合わせを用いる。【選択図】なし
