A spray package including a container defining a cavity and having an opening a spray container movable disposed in the cavity, the spray container having a fluid container portion movably disposed in the cavity and a projection portion having an orifice in fluid communication with the first fluid container portion, the projection portion being movable through the opening in the container between a retracted and extended position and a therapeutic liquid disposed in the fluid container portion and being discharged through the orifice upon application of a force to the container.
