The present invention relates to a medicament dispenser, including: a suction unit coupled to the top of a container to suck a liquid medicament stored in the container； a pumping unit coupled to one side of the suction unit, while pumping up the medicament to spray a predetermined amount of the medicament； and a spray unit installed on the top end of the pumping unit, while having spray holes on the front end. The pumping unit has a component for blocking external debris, impurities or bacteria from flowing into the medicament stored inside, while spraying a preset amount of liquid medicament stored in the container.약제 디스펜서에 관한 것으로, 용기의 상부에 결합되어 용기 내부에 저장된 액체 상태의 약제를 흡입하는 흡입부, 상기 흡입부의 일측에 결합되고 약제를 미리 설정된 양만큼 분사하도록 펌핑 동작하는 펌핑부 및 상기 펌핑부의 상단에 설치되고 선단에 분사공이 형성되는 분사부를 포함하고, 상기 펌핑부는 내부에 저장된 약제에 외부의 먼지나 이물질 또는 세균이 유입되는 것을 차단하는 구성을 마련하여 용기에 저장된 액체 상태의 약제를 미리 설정된 양만큼씩 분사하고, 외부의 먼지나 이물질, 세균이 약제 디스펜서 내부에 저장된 약제로 유입되는 것을 차단할 수 있다는 효과가 얻어진다.
