PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate many problems due to use of coil at one sweep without requiring disassembly and assembly of the coil as a conventional embodiment in cleaning.SOLUTION: A solid progressive feeder 100 incorporated in a powder removing machine comprises a tubular body 5 formed of a large number of holes 50 enabling powder deposited on a solid surface to pass through in a peripheral surface, and a rotary drive mechanism 8 connected to the tubular body 5 and making the tubular body 5 axially rotate around the central axis. The tubular body 5 is provided by integrally forming spiral projections 60A, 60B on an inner circumferential surface, for example, comprising a pair of tube halves 6A, 6B capable of being divided into two. The projections 60A, 60B connected while opening end edges are butted and becoming spiral are integrally formed on an inner circumferential surface of respective tube halves 6A, 6B. An engagement part 110 is formed between the opening end edge of one tube half 6A and the opening end edge of the other tube half 6B where the projections 60A, 60B of respective tube halves 6A, 6B are engaged with each other in a connected state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】洗浄に際して、従来例のような、コイルの分解、組立を必要とせず、コイルを用いることによる諸問題を一挙に解消する。【解決手段】除粉機に組み込まれる固形物順送り装置100は、固形物表面に付着した粉が通過可能な多数の孔50が周面に形成された筒状体5と、筒状体5に連結され筒状体5をその中心軸の回りに軸回転させる回転駆動機構8とからなる。筒状体5は内周面に螺旋状の突条60A,60Bが一体形成されたもので、例えば、2分割可能な一対の筒半体6A,6Bよりなる。各筒半体6A,6Bの内周面には、開放端縁が突き合わされた状態で繋がって螺旋状となる突条60A,60Bが一体形成されている。一方の筒半体6Aの開放端縁と他方の筒半体6Bの開放端縁との間には、各筒半体6A,6Bの突条60A,60Bが繋がった状態で互いに咬み合う咬み合い部110が形成されている。【選択図】図4
