Disclosed is an adhesive patch that can be easily affixed to skin. The adhesive patch (10) is equipped with a supporting body (12), an adhesive layer (14) that is provided on one surface of the supporting body, a release sheet (16) that is adhered to the adhesive layer in a removable manner, and a weakened section (20) that is formed in the release sheet and that facilitates the division of said release sheet and is furthermore characterized in that a tab-forming sheet (18) is connected to the top of the release sheet in a manner covering the aforementioned weakened section (20), the sections of the tab-forming sheet outside the connected sections (22) are formed so as to function as tabs (18a, 18b), and the weakened section (20), which facilitates the division of the release sheet, is also formed on the tab-forming sheet in a position corresponding to the weakened section of said release sheet.
