Disclosed is a bio-nematicide composition comprising a living cells suspension of Paecilomyces carneus obtained by a permanent or static process and with uninterrupted oxygenation in a range of 40% to 90% of oxygen content, at a concentration range of from 200,000 cells/ml to 20,000,000,000 cells/ml, singly or combined with at least one carrier； 50-160 ml of carrot juice； qs 1000 ml of water； and optionally, 500-1000 mg of an antibiotic, from 20 mg to 50 mg of oats and/or from 0.1 to 0.5 ml of yeast, for the control and/or prevention and/or eradication of nematodes in cultures parasite by cyst-forming nematodes. Also disclosed is the use of fungus Paecilomyces carneus in the control and/or prevention and/or eradication of nematodes in cultures parasite by cyst-forming nematodes.
