An intermediate frame (10), provided between said main frame (2, 8) and mounting frames, is pivotable relative to said frame (8) about said vertical axis (12), and is connected to the main frame (2) by means of a fastening (11) by pivotable rods about horizontal axes of articulation (13, 14, 15, 16), vis-à-vis said intermediate frames (10) and main (2). Ledit outil agricole comprend un cadre principal (2) sur lequel au moins un groupe de travail (3) est articulé, ainsi qu'un cadre (8) de montage rapporté dévolu à l'attelage à un tracteur (9). Ledit cadre (8) peut pivoter par rapport audit cadre (2), autour d'un axe vertical de pivotement (12). Un cadre intermédiaire (10), prévu entre lesdits cadres (2, 8) principal et de montage rapporté, peut pivoter par rapport audit cadre (8) autour dudit axe vertical (12), et est relié au cadre principal (2) au moyen d'une solidarisation (11) par biellettes pouvant pivoter, autour d'axes horizontaux d'articulation (13, 14, 15, 16), vis-à-vis desdits cadres intermédiaire (10) et principal (2).
