PURPOSE: A lipid nano microsphere containing hydrophobic photosensitizer is provided to prevent side effect by fluorescence and to enable diagnosis and treatment by photosensitizer. CONSTITUTION: A lipid nano microsphere containing hydrophobic photosensitizer with saturated lipid and unsaturated lipid by biocompatible surfactant. The hydrophobic photosensitizer shows fluorescence in near infrared ray. The biocompatible surfactant has hydrophobic tumor targeting material which is bound to biocompatible aqueous polymer.
