The present invention relates to an anesthetic composition including hyaluronic acid. The hyaluronic acid is included in the anesthetic composition in order to slow down a release of the anesthetic composition so that anesthetic effects can be lengthened. The present invention relates to the anesthetic composition which can induce skin moisturizing and wrinkle improving effects as the hyaluronic acid absorbs water and expands. The anesthetic composition which does not include the hyaluronic acid cannot expect extensions of conventional anesthetic effects, and the anesthetic which is included in small amounts in order to give anesthetic effects to a filler including conventional hyaluronic acid cannot be used as the anesthetic other than as a filler.
