PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological tissue grasping mechanism capable of grasping a biological tissue stably and also realizing stable opening and closing operation of a grasping member.SOLUTION: A biological tissue grasping mechanism 16 comprises: a body member 30; a parallel linkage mechanism 32 that is connected to the body member 30; a grasping member 34 that is connected to the body member 30 through the parallel linkage mechanism 32 and can perform opening and closing operation; and a drive wire 26 that is arranged so as to realize relative displacement to the body member 30 in an axial direction.
