The present invention provides a post-tooth-treatment composition for maintaining or enhancing a tooth-whitening effect； and a kit including the same composition for tooth whitening. The composition: includes fumed silica with the diameter of 1 &mu；m or less, insoluble organic particle with the diameter of 1-20 &mu；m, or a mixture thereof as an abrasive having fine particles； and is applied after tooth whitening treatment. The composition can flatten convex or concave portions on the surface of teeth, which becomes rough after the tooth whitening treatment, and can prevent the surface of the tooth from being stained or being stained again. Therefore, the composition provides the tooth-whitening effect which is enhanced more.본 발명은 1㎛ 이하의 직경을 갖는 흄드 실리카, 1 내지 20㎛의 직경을 갖는 비수용성 유기계 입자 또는 이들의 혼합물을 미세입자 연마제로 포함하며, 치아 미백 처치 후 적용하는, 치아 미백 처치의 효과를 유지 또는 향상시키기 위한 치아 미백 후-처리용 조성물 및 이러한 조성물을 포함하는 치아 미백용 키트를 제공한다. 본 발명은 치아 미백 시술 후 거칠어진 치아 표면의 굴곡을 완화시켜주어 치아 표면에 스테인의 침착 또는 재침착을 예방할 수 있어 더욱 증가된 치아 미백 효과를 제공한다.
