PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an external preparation for skin and an antipruritic agent having good moisturizing effect and itchiness-mitigating effect without causing peeling of a tape for pasting to a body and to provide a method for using the body-pasting tape usable for a long time while realizing the moisturizing effect and the itchiness-mitigating effect of the skin at the same time.
SOLUTION: There are provided the external preparation for skin containing (A) a temperature-sensitive polymer compound comprising a block copolymer or graft copolymer having a molecular weight of &ge100,000 and containing (a) a polymer component having an LCST higher than 0°C and lower than 37°C and (b) a hydrophilic polymer component, (B1) a polyhydric alcohol in an amount of &ge50 mass% and &le85 mass% based on a nonvolatile component and (B2) an oily component in an amount of &ge2 mass% and &le8 mass% based on the nonvolatile component and contains &le15 mass% of the nonvolatile component an antipruritic agent comprising the external preparation for skin and the method for using the body-pasting sheet to paste the body-pasting sheet to a coated surface of the external preparation for skin.
