PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hard net material with corrosion resistance by maintaining a mesh shape with enough hardness, and to provide a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: A method to manufacture a hard net material includes: a net knitting step 101 of knitting a long knotless net with an appointed width using yarn containing resin components melting by heating and a heat-treatment step 103 of heating the knotless net while keeping the mesh formed in the net knitting step in about rectangle.
