The first to third light emitting elements serving as a light emitting unit are arranged in a row in the width direction of the cuff. The display unit has a cutout portion at the center of one end side with respect to the direction in which the cuff extends. The cutout portion is formed by cutting out a region corresponding to the first to third light emitting elements.
