Disclosed herein are a sensor patch, system, and method for detecting a fluid leaked from a target site of a subject. The sensor patch includes a first detecting unit, a second detecting unit, and a patch body. The first detecting unit includes a first pair of sensors respectively having a first end configured to be placed approximating the target site, while the second detecting unit includes a second pair of sensors respectively having a first end configured to be placed away from the target site. Each sensor includes a conductive wire and an insulating sheath encapsulating the conductive wire in a manner that a portion of the first end of the conductive wire is exposed yet without directly contacting the subject’s skin.
