The invention concerns a device for measuring the bioadhesiveness of a mucoadhesive preparation which comprises: (i) an environmental chamber, (ii) a plane 1 that can be inclined by 45° and more, (iii) a graduated metal or plastic support 2, (iv) two biological membranes M, one being a reference membrane impregnated with water or with a buffer solution and one being a measuring membrane impregnated with a solution comprising a biological component, (v) a system for impregnating the biological membranes, (vi) a system 5 for injecting the test preparation, (vii) a system for timing the flow time of each sample injected, (viii) and a system for calculating the bioadhesiveness factor represented by a difference in flow time between the membrane impregnated with the biological component and the reference membrane. Uses: devices for determining the bioadhesiveness of preparations intended to be applied to the mucous membranes or the skin.Linvention concerne un dispositif de mesure de bio- adhésivité dune préparation muco-adhésive qui comprend: (i) une enceinte climatique, (ii) un plan inclinable 1 de 45° et plus, (iii) un support métallique ou plastique gradué 2, (iv) deux membranes biologiques M, une de référence imprégnée deau ou dune solution tampon et une de mesure imprégnée dune solution constituée dun composant biologique, (v) un système dimprégnation des membranes biologiques, (vi) un système dinjection 5 de la préparation à tester, (vii) un système de chronométrage du temps découlement de chaque échantillon injecté, (viii) et un système de calcul du facteur de bio adhésivité représenté par une différence de temps découlement entre la membrane imprégnée par le composant biologique et la membrane de référence. Applications : dispositifs de détermination de la bio adhésivité des préparations destinées à être appliquées sur les muqueuses ou la peau.
